The recipient doesn’t speak Chinese — can you confirm the address in English?

Can I choose a delivery time slot? Is exact time guaranteed?

You can select a preferred time slot at checkout. Exact minute-level timing isn’t guaranteed, but we follow the selected window as closely as possible.
