This Delivery & Shipping Policy explains how orders placed with BLOSSOM SPARKLE LLC (operating as “BLOSSOM-China”) are processed and delivered across mainland China.
We provide same-day and next-day flower delivery services across major cities in mainland China, including but not limited to:
Beijing
Shanghai
Guangzhou
Shenzhen
Chengdu
Hangzhou
Nanjing
Wuhan
And other major metropolitan areas
For suburbs or remote locations, delivery availability may vary based on our local florist partners. If delivery is not possible, we will contact the customer immediately to arrange an alternative solution.
Same-day delivery: Orders placed before 22:00 CST (10:00 PM)
Next-day delivery: Orders placed after 22:00 CST
Delivery hours: 09:00 – 22:00
During peak seasons (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Chinese New Year), delivery times may be extended due to increased order volume.
All floral arrangements are handcrafted by professional florists in our nationwide network and delivered through:
In-house couriers
Verified third-party delivery partners
Local florist partners in the customer’s region
Fresh flowers are never shipped through standard parcel couriers to ensure quality.
If the recipient is unavailable at the delivery location, we may:
Contact the recipient via phone or WeChat
Leave the flowers at the front desk, security station, or neighbor (when safe)
Arrange a re-delivery (extra fee may apply)
If the recipient refuses the delivery or cannot be contacted, the order is considered delivered.
We guarantee that all flowers are fresh and professionally arranged.
Due to seasonal and regional variations, substitutions of similar flowers or materials may occur while maintaining equal or higher value and the original design intent.
Delivery fees depend on:
Destination city
Distance from florist
Delivery urgency
Peak holiday periods
The final fee will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information may result in delays.
We will attempt to contact the customer to correct the address.
Additional delivery fees may apply.
Severe weather, public emergencies, traffic controls, or government restrictions may affect delivery schedules.
In such cases, BLOSSOM-China will notify the customer and arrange the earliest possible delivery.
