The recipient doesn’t speak Chinese — can you confirm the address in English?

Can I choose a delivery time slot? Is exact time guaranteed?

You can select a preferred time slot at checkout. Exact minute-level timing isn’t guaranteed, but we follow the selected window as closely as possible.

If a flower is unavailable, we’ll substitute with a similar flower of equal or higher value while keeping the overall style and color palette. If you have strict preferences, leave a note (e.g., “no lilies”).
