Due to the perishable and personalized nature of flowers and customized arrangements, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered or is in the process of delivery.
Refunds are considered only under the following circumstances:
The product delivered is completely different from what was ordered.
The item is damaged during delivery and not suitable for presentation.
The order was not delivered due to our error, and no suitable alternative date can be arranged.
Duplicate payment was made for the same order.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
You may cancel or modify your order at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of delivery are not guaranteed for a refund.

Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
Recipient not available at the time of delivery
